Aqua Hotel Bertran Park Lloret de Mar, Lloret de Mar

Our stay had some ups and downs. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly, especially during meal times. However, the dining options were a bit inconsistent, and although the pool was cozy, it was smaller than expected. We encountered some issues with parking and the service regarding room requests was less than ideal.

The hotel has a lovely, clean ambiance and offers friendly service from the staff. While the rooms were comfortable, the dining experience was a bit hit or miss, particularly for British tastes. The pool area, although small, is kept tidy, and the location is quite peaceful yet close enough to local attractions. However, the high costs for upgrades and amenities were somewhat frustrating.
